We hope you love your handcrafted sandals, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 28 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the sandals in their original dust bag and box, ensuring the leather soles are protected, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid DHL shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off or Collection
Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point to begin the transit back to our workshop in Greece.
